Lost your money order or need to find out if your money order was received?

Stop by one of our locations, and fill out a Money Order Tracing/Refund Request form. Forms must be completed by the person whose name appears on the purchaser line of the money order.

The following must be included to submit a request:

1. A $13 non-refundable money order payable to Global Express included with each form
   
   
2. A separate form for each money order to be traced
   
   
3. The original purchaser's claim receipt
   
   
4. A self-addressed stamped envelope
   
   Note: Global Express will not stop payment if your money order was lost or stolen in blank.

Note: Please allow 30 days for processing from Global's receipt of the form.
